Global Real Estate - ERA NexUS Global Realty

What started as a quest for a regular run-of-the-mill brokerage of the ERA brand in Bellevue, Washington, to complement the stable of real estate services of the 8 Street Group, laid the groundwork of what is today's ERA NexUS Global Realty. ERA Corporate executives interviewed our founder Mr. Larry Eu, conducted due diligences into his background and offered him the concept of a Gateway office of the ERA brand, a concept that they have been thinking about for 2 years and been searching for the right candidate to develop this concept. After a series of interviews and negotiations stretching some 14 months, after Mr Eu's brainchild vision of his Gateway office, a contract was signed with ERA Corporate that is today's ERA NexUS Global Realty.

Mr Eu cleverly pursued and seek another contract with ERA Asia Pacific Center, an independently owned and run company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX: CLX), owning the rights of 17 Asia Pacific countries and actively operating in 13 countries. Although bearing the same ERA name, ERA APAC is independently owned and run and does not report to New Jersey-based ERA Corporate. A contract was signed between ERA APAC and ERA NexUS, and a press release was issued to the Singapore Stock Exchange in October 3rd, 2024. 

The dual contracts established and cemented ERA NexUS Global Realty's position as a true Gateway office of the ERA brand, connecting Asia Pacific Markets in 13 Asia Pacific Countries with 387 MSA in 50 States of the United States and Canada. 

This is the beginning and the story will go on as ERA NexUS Global Realty evolves and seeks more strategic partnerships outside of the ERA brands to bring benefits to its stakeholders, partners, agents and clients. Please continue to follow our story here...
